The closer we get to November, the more I know in my heart that I will not be able to refuse the siren’s call of Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood. While I do have my doubts about the quick turn around time, everything I’ve read about the game, from the single-player to the multiplayer, seems to paint it in a good light. I’m especially willing to give it a go after I watched this video, which details some of the single-player mechanics along with how you will be managing your Assassin’s Guild.
Pretty neat, no? Originally, I thought that confining the game to just Rome would severely limit the scale, but it turns out that I might be wrong. Sending my Assassins all over Europe to start riots and kill targets sounds like a lot of fun, and bossing people around is always a good time. What do you guys think of the video? Are you anticipating Brotherhood? Also, as you may notice by the title of the article and the little snippet in the video, the much maligned flag collecting is back. You may commence your complaining (or celebrating, if that’s more your thing.)
I’m tired of people caling it a 2.5. Even if it doesn’t change scene from AC2, Brotherhood is a full-fledged game in it’s own right.
So yeah, if you can guess, I’m anticipating the game.
Never played an assassin’s creed game but killing the leader looked way too easy. It looks fun though. I want to see a assassin’s creed mirror’s edge mix.
Well, it’s either flags or feathers. They both do the same thing :\ Hopefully you won’t just get a hug after getting a 100 of them this time
I think I shall get ACB. Looks awesomesauce!
Yup, a little more AC in my life wouldn’t be a bad thing at all.
Consider me excited.
I’m a huge fan of the AC series and can’t wait to pick this up.
P.S. Hey guys I’m new here so think you could tell me where I can upload a custom picture (I can’t seem to find it in profile options). Thanks!

Just go there and follow the directions and have fun! It’s pretty easy to use.

That was easy. Thanks.
This looks great, but I’ve never played an Assassin’s Creed game. Do I need to have played 1 and/or 2 before getting this or can I start with this one and still get the full experience?

I think you should give AC 2 a try, it’s pretty cheap these days. You can skip AC 1, I think. I did and I loved AC 2.
I would actually play Assassin’s Creed 1 first, if only to appreciate the improvements they put into 2.
Sure, 1 was hated by a lot of people, but I still kind of enjoyed it. Besides, riding into Damascus over that cliff for the first time is a pretty eye-catching sight.

I actually played them backwards, AC2 first and AC second. The “appreciating the improvements” part works both ways; as long as you play both games. On the other hand, I’d suggest if you do play them out of order (or just entirely skip the first game) to watch this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4mYlPTYkvGw) and get up to speed with the story.
