GamerSushi Asks: Diablo 3 Roll Call?

The long-awaited day is here, Sushi-ans! After 12 long years, the wait for Blizzard’s epic hack-n-slash dungeon crawler is here, and Diablo fans all over the world can slay the minions of hell together. Diablo 3 is upon us, which means that some of us are sitting at work itching to play.

My plans is to get home tonight, purchase Diablo 3 and start all the pre-loading business as soon as possible. And who knows, maybe I’ll have a chance to hop in for some co-op with my brothers before bed. In terms of characters, I fully intend to roll a Monk. After my time with the beta, that class seems to be what I prefer over the others, and gave me the most satisfying skills/gameplay combination.

What about you guys? Who out there plans to pick up Diablo 3? What character are you going to roll? Go!

  1. I’m avoiding it because I WANT to pass my exams. My friend has it, he’s a level 13 or something now. I fear he won’t be passing.

  3. I’ve been fighting it, but the temptation is getting too strong and I’ll probably get it some time this week. Does the game have specific servers like an MMO? If so we Gamersushians should all play on the same server. Eddy (or anyone) if you got one picked out, let me know.

  4. Man, someone already beat it 12 hours and 29 minutes after release. I want to get it, but I’m not sure what my battle.net password is, and Blizzard’s recovery process is a bit retarded. You need to enter your real name with your username in order to change the password, and I must have used some kind of alias when I signed up for it a while ago (Diablo 2 days), the online support requires you to log in (a bit circular), and the phone wait is about an hour. I’ll get it sometime, and if there’s a GamerSushi server, let me know 🙂

  5. Im playing it, can we grab a BattleTag post or something so we can maybe get some good ‘ol GS 4 player Diablo going on?

  6. I’ve finally picked it up. Haven’t had a lot of time to play it though due to connection issues on my end.
    So far I’ve enjoyed playing as my demon hunter, and I might make a monk as an alternate character
